Paul D. DiGiorgio, managing member and co-founder of 3D Real Estate Partners, Ltd. (“3D”), has over 15 years of real estate experience.  DiGiorgio’s main responsibility is to oversee management of the company’s portfolio, including marketing, leasing, sales, construction, development, and land acquisition.  Companies such as Wal Mart, Regis Corporation, TJX, and Atlantic Trust rely on the family of 3D companies to meet their needs.

DiGiorgio received his education from Pennsylvania State University and Polley Associates Real Estate Institute.  Past work experience includes the planning and development of local and national real estate projects for one of the largest publicly traded real estate companies in the United States.  He is a member of the Home Builder’s Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce.
