Lawrence S. Dolin has been involved in founding, investing in and managing several public and private companies, and has served on their boards. Industries represented include software, health care (ambulatory surgery centers and out-patient facilities), entertainment facilities, and the Internet.

He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, is on its Visiting Committee, and lectures on entrepreneurship at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
