Who we are

3D Real Estate Partners, Ltd. is a fully integrated real estate investment firm based out of Cleveland, Ohio. The Company employs a conservative and methodical approach to the real estate investment business, seeking quality acquisitions rather than quantity. 3D currently owns, develops, and manages, in aggregate, approximately 3.6 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family property throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.  Companies, such as Wal Mart, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Regis Corporation, TJX Companies, and Atlantic Trust rely on the family of 3D companies to meet their needs.

The largest project currently under construction by 3D is a 50 million dollar, mixed-use development, consisting of a 650,000 square foot power center with 18 acres of multi-family residential located in Portage County, Ohio.

The Company is privately held and managed by a board of directors containing in excess of 30 years of experience in development, redevelopment, and management of real estate assets.
