PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Carla has been doing commercial real estate business for almost 4 years. Prior to joining Kowit & Passov she had twenty-nine years in retail business ownership and management and nineteen years in property ownership and management. Carla owned and operated her own retail business that employed sixty people. She also owned and managed a one hundred twenty-two thousand square foot shopping center that was anchored by her business. She negotiated leases with both national and local tenants.
