Brimfield, Ohio
The Cascades of Brimfield is a mixed-use development located off of I-76 in Brimfield Township, Portage County, OH. Totaling approximately 114 acres, the project includes 216 apartment units and over 600,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. The commercial portion of the project is anchored by a Wal Mart Supercenter (now open) and a Lowe's Home Improvement Center (coming soon). Other quality retailers include, Applebee's (now open) and Home Saving Bank (opening soon).
Leasing is currently underway for the 10,000 suqre foot retail strip as well as Phase 1 of The Village strip center.
