3D Real Estate Partners, Ltd. is a fully integrated real estate investment firm based out of Cleveland, Ohio. The Company employs a conservative and methodical approach to the real estate investment business, seeking quality acquisitions rather than quantity. 3D currently owns and manages, in aggregate, approximately 700,000 square feet of office, commercial and industrial space throughout Northeast Ohio. Companies, such as Wal Mart, Regis Corporation, TJX Companies, and Atlantic Trust rely on the family of 3D companies to meet their needs.

The largest project currently under development by 3D is a 50 million dollar, mixed-use development, consisting of a 650,000 square foot power center with 18 acres of multi-family residential located in Portage County, Ohio.

The Company is privately held and consists of eighteen investor members with a board of five. The managing board of 3D has in excess of 30 years of combined experience in development, redevelopment, and management of real estate assets.
